All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible however, a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Postage and handling charges incurred by you and by Lady Luxe Boutique to resend to you, will be at your expense. For items that qualified for FREE shipping in Australia we will deduct $10 from the item value to cover the original shipping costs and $25 for International . As we are not responsible for any lost items, we highly recommend customers to use a mail tracking service.
- Returns must be made within 14 days
- Goods must be returned in original packaging with tags still attached, unworn, unwashed, free of fake tan, perfume & makeup.

Lady Luxe Boutique check every one of their dresses very carefully for marks, tears or bad stitching. If any of these are the case, please email email@example.com with a picture of the defect, straight away.
